When will you deliver my order?
Your order will be delivered within 2 days as I am in the USA and maybe sleeping when you order. However, I will do my best to have it back to you as soon as possible.
What audio format do you provide?
The standard audio format I provide is .MP3. or .WAV format, please select one. If you require another format like AIFF, please ask and I will try to accommodate.
What are revisions?
A revision includes any minor changes to a script. A complete re-record is not a revision. However, if I make a mistake on my end, I will revise it for free. If YOU make a mistake or change the script in ANY way after the voice-over has already been delivered, there will be an additional charge.
What is your communication policy?
You will receive a message from me shortly after I receive and review your script. Also, I will let you know when I start working on your voice-over. If I have any questions during this process, I will send you another message and await your response. I will post the final product upon completion.
Is there anything you won't record?
I do not record hateful, derogatory, or vulgar language. I also do not record testimonials or anything that I believe may be misleading or related to a scam. I reserve the right to deny any work that I do not feel comfortable voicing.
