Any material I deem to be derogatory, slanderous, illegal, immoral or hateful (in a serious manner). I reserve the full right to refuse any work that I believe falls under any of these categories. This also includes material I feel uncomfortable recording.

Any mistakes made by me while recording will be corrected free of charge. If you would like to have me reread a section of the audio in a different tone, with a different inflection, etc., that would count as 1 revision. Any changes to the wording of a script does NOT count as a revision and will be counted as a new purchase. Be sure that your copy is correct before sending anything to me.

Unfortunately, I am not fluent in any language other than English. This means that I will need the script to be translated before it is sent to me. I am willing to pronounce words that are not in English, but I do require those words to be spelled out phonetically as well as in their native language.

If you are planning to use the voice over for any business-related purposes (excluding paid marketing channels), then you'll need to purchase Commercial Rights. This could be a company website, a COMPANY YouTube channel (not YouTube advertisements or a paid promotion/sponsorship on another channel), etc. If you have any questions, please contact me and I can assist you in selecting the right level of license.

If you are planning to use the voice over for any business-related purposes in PAID marketing channels, then you'll need to purchase Full Broadcasting Rights. This would be a commercial on TV, Radio, a paid promotion/sponsorship on social media, a purchased advertisement spot on social media, etc. If you have any questions, please contact me and I can assist you in selecting the right level of license.
